complex on a 120-ha. location designed to serve the
Greater Manila areas.
The following facilities
were completed in mid-1974: the administration building,
six wholesalers' buildings, six farmers' stalls. elevated
water tanks, water reservoir and maintenance bilding
and access roads.
Test runs of the Cetral
Refrigeration Building ans sub-station involving 4,500
tons of refrigeration capacity were performed shortly
after, and were operationally turned over in October
