     Management is accountable to the Board of Directors for the corporation’s organizational and operational controls. Management is lead by Atty. Miguel E. Umali as President & CEO.

     The President/CEO has overall responsibility for the successful administration of the affairs and business of the corporation. REY NATHANIEL C. IFURUNG, Senior Vice President for Realty Management & Compliance Officer, joined the company in 2018. Atty. Ifurung obtained his Bachelor of Laws from Ateneo De Manila University in 1986 and took the bar in the same year.  He has gained a score of 85.15% making him the top 14 of the 1986 Bar Examination.  He earned his degree in AB Economics from Manuel Quezon University.
   
     
     

     
   
     Prior his employment with PNCC, Atty. Ifurung had worked with various companies such as: Philippine National Bank's International Department in 1981 to 1987; Law Instructor at St. Paul's College Manila from 1986 to 1988; Associate Attorney at Nestor P. Ifurung Law Office from 1987 to 1988; NBI Agent at the National Bureau of Investigation from 1988 to 1989; Vice President for Corporate and Legal Department of Pryce Corporation from 1989 to 2004; Legal Counsel and member of the Board of Directors of Valle Verde Country Club, Inc. from 2003 to present. ILIE LIONEL B. GRAMATA, Vice President for Legal, joined the company in 2017 as Executive Assistant to the President and later on named as the Head of Corporate Legal Department. Atty. Gramata obtained his Bachelor of Laws from San Beda College in 2001 and admitted to the Philippine Bar in May 2002.  He earned his BS in Applied Economics degree in 1996 and Diploma in Financial Engineering in 2014 from the De La Salle University Manila.
 
   
   
   
     
   
     Atty. Gramata had worked with various government agencies prior his stint in PNCC, among those were: Department of Finance as Project Manager of Office of the Revenue Agency Modernization (ORAM) from 2013 to 2016; detailed from ORAM to the Bureau of Customs as Director of Port Operations Service from November 2013 to July 2015 and as Deputy Collector for Operations; Valenton Gramata Loseriaga Law Offices from May 2010 to October 2013 as Managing Partner; JGLaw (Jimenez Gonzales Bello Valdez Caluya and Fernandez Law Offices as Senior Associate Lawyer from May 2002 to May 2010; Gramata & Sarle Law Offices as Legal Assistant from November 2001 to April 2002, and Intergrated Bar of the Philippines as Paralegal in September 2000.  He also had been in the academe as Law Professor in San Sebastian College-Recoletos in 2006 and University of Makati from June to October 2007. YOLANDA C. MORTEL, Vice President for Materials Management and Asset Disposal, joined the company in 1975 and rose from the ranks to become the Head of the Materials Management Division from March 2001 to the present. She has continued to serve as Head of the Asset Disposal Task Force from January 2004 and as Head of the Technical Group of the PNCC Bids and Awards Committee from 2005. She also served as Director of CDCP Employees Salary and Loan Association from 2001 until today. She obtained her degree in Bachelor of Science in Education in 1975 from Jose Rizal College of Taal, Batangas. [See Ms. Mortel's resume]
   
         
   

HENRY B. SALAZAR, Asst. Vice President - Acting Treasurer & Corporate Legal Officer, obtained his Bachelor of Laws degree from Arellano Law School in 1996. He was admitted to the Philippine Bar after passing the 1996 Bar Examinations. He earned his AB Economics degree from San Beda College where he graduated in 1991.

     Atty. Salazar headed the Litigation Department of PNCC until he was retrenched in June 2011. He rejoined PNCC a month after. At present, he is the Corporate Legal Officer of PNCC, with the rank of Assistant Vice President. He previously served as Trust Attorney in the Asset Privation Trust from July 1997 to December 2000.  [See Mr. Salazar's resume]

   
         
   

FELIX M. ERECE, Asst. Vice President for Personnel Services and Records Management is the Head of Personnel Services and Records Control. In addition, he was tapped to oversee the operation of manpower supply contract with SOMCO (Skyway Maintenance and Operation) and the Manpower requirements of Philphos Project in Leyte previously handled by the dissolved DISC Management.

     Mr. Erece completed his elementary and high school education at Timoteo Paez Integrated Pilot School, a public school in Tondo, Manila.  He studied in TUPP-Manila Technician Institute taking up a three-year Civil Technology course sponsored by PBSP.  He also studied Civil Engineering at Feati University, took-up various computer related courses and attended training/seminars to equip him with the knowledge and skills needed in handling bigger responsibilities.  [See Mr. Erece's resume]

   
         
   

ROSALYN S. DELIVIOS, Manager, is the Head of Management Information System Department. Ms. Delivios earned her Bachelor's degree in Computer Data Processing Management from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines in 1992.  She has completed major ICT projects in PNCC such as local area networking installation, company-wide implementation of Internet facilities, development and maintenance of company website and information technology advocacy and literacy.  Ms. Delivios joined PNCC in 1993 as Systems Analyst Programmer and rose from the ranks to became the Head of MIS Department from 2006 to present.  Aside from her task in MIS Department, she was involved in the Quality Management System (QMS) development and implementation of PNCC from 2007 to 2011 and served as ISO Committee Secretariat, Document Controller and Internal Quality Auditor. She had taken and passed the Lead Auditor Certification for QMS ISO 9001:2008 examination in 2009.

     Prior to her employment with PNCC, she had worked for various private companies such as The Professional Group Plans, Inc from May 1993 to December 1996 as Junior Programmer; Linea Italia as Programmer from January 1997 to May 1997 and Philippine Fuji Xerox Corporation as Computer Operator from May 1992 to December 1992.
